I’m a little mad more sites don’t look like this. The design is clean, the colors actually work together, and nothing feels cluttered or thrown all over the place. Pages loaded fine for me, and I found what I needed without wasting time. I blame the people behind this site for making it look so simple when apparently everybody else makes it complicated.

The parts fit fine and I didn’t run into any real issues installing them. Overall, they did the job, though I can’t say I was overly impressed either.

I liked the product at first and didn’t expect any issues. Then something came up, so I reached out to use the warranty thinking it would be straightforward. Instead, it turned into this back-and-forth where replies took a while and I had to explain the same situation more than once. After a bit, it started to feel like they were trying to find a way around covering it rather than actually helping. The product itself was decent in the beginning, but the support experience really took away from it. I was expecting better.

I tried using the site, but the menus kept throwing me off. I wasn’t really sure where I was supposed to click half the time?? It just felt more confusing than it needed to be

I ordered this because a friend had mentioned it might be useful, but the shipping took forever. By the time it finally showed up, I was already annoyed. Not the best experience.

Everything came exactly how I ordered it, nooo mixups or issues at all.

I had a minor issue with my order, and I messaged customer service trying to act like I was totally calm about it. They replied quicker than I thought they would and fixed everything without turning it into a whole dramatic thing. it was easy and stress-free. I’d use spank-ind.com again

Getting this thing set up took way longer than I expected. The instructions weren’t that clear. I’d get one part done, then realize something was off and have to backtrack. Redid a couple steps. Annoying. The product itself seems fine now that it’s on, but the install? Not fun

Returning my order was way more frustrating than it needed to be. It took forever to get my refund, and every time I reached out to support, I was just stuck waiting with no real update. Like, make it make sense, if the item is already returned, why does the refund take ages?

I took the Spank wheels out for a few trail rides, i’m kind of suspicious of all the hype around them. They look great, no question, and nothing broke or anything, but the ride felt harsher than I expected. In rough sections, they didn’t feel as planted or stable as I was hoping. Maybe they work better for other riders or setups, but for the price, I was expecting a smoother, more confident feel. Just didn’t really do it for me.

I’m usually a little cautious about bike parts because I ride some rough trails and don’t want anything loosening up or failing when I’m out there. These have held up really well so far, with barely any signs of wear and everything still feels solid after a bunch of rides. Shipping was straightforward too. Overall, no complaints

I wasn’t expecting it to feel this good, okay, that sounds a bit unfair, but it really did surprise me. The quality feels solid, and after using it a few times, I haven’t had any issues at all.
